Atique Ahmed, a mafia politician, and his brother Ashraf Ahmed were shot dead while being carried for medical treatment in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. On Saturday 15 April 2023 night, the event occurred near a medical college. The gunshot was captured on tape as reporters followed the two as they were led by police to the hospital for a medical checkup.
The attackers were observed firing from close range at Ahmad and his brother, who fell to the ground, as cops quickly overcame them. Three shooters have been apprehended by police. The forensic team is on the scene.
